The VW T4 TDI is a comfortable long-distance cruiser, and very practical for
the transporting of motorbikes when the rear seats are removed. Somewhat
unimpressed by the failure of the timing belt on ours before it was due to be
replaced, causing noisy and expensive damage to the valves, and probably
cylinders and pistons too. VW were good enough to pay most of the repair cost
for this. Has also been through several sets of rear brakes, curiously, some
of which VW footed the bill for.
